If you are a UK taxpayer, the value of your gift can be increased by 28% under the Gift Aid scheme at no extra cost to you. To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount that Camfed will claim in the tax year (currently 28p for every £1 donated).
